The bungalow has a large open plan kitchen, dining, living area and a separate living room with log burner.
There are extensive lawned gardens to the front and rear of the bungalow with patio area giving you ample space to dine and relax.
Lying to the east of the River Tay and just two miles from Perth the village of Scone boasts a number of amenities including shops, restaurants and pubs. Golf enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with Murrayshall 18 hole golf course lying on its doorstep. There are also a number of beautiful golf courses nearby.
Perthshire is perfect for an outdoor holiday, with fantastic scenery for walkers, birdwatchers and cyclists, and with excellent opportunities for shooting, fishing and golf.
Scone Palace and Perth Racecourse are just a stone’s throw away.
There is also a bus stop close by which serves the regular number 7 route into Perth.

How to get to Netherlea
Travelling from Perth along the A94, enter Scone and continue on the main street, passing Co-Op on the left and Tesco on the right. Turn right onto Murrayshall Road and continue on Murrayshall Road, following the road around to the left. Take the next right onto Netherlea and the next left again into an unnamed street. No 6 is on your left.
